Founded Beaulieu Chocolate Studio in 2006 after the closure of Beaulieu Chocolates, Having worked in bakery, patisserie and chocolate in France and then for Beaulieu. "I basically decided that I didnt want to do anything else but make chocolate!" With a vision for a more modern Chocolate shop focused on quality chocolate and ingredients - Beaulieu Chocolate Studio was created. The rest is history...
Specialities - New forest Bark, Bars and Slabs, Egg Heads. Figurines, New Chocolates and Bars, and occasionally some office work!
Favourite Chocolates - Fresh cream Cointreau Truffle, Fresh Cream Whisky Truffle and Fresh Cream Brandy Truffle (maybe a pattern developing here...)
