Joined the Beaulieu Chocolate Studio Team in 2006, having previously worked in Beaulieu Chocolates. At the chocolate studio she shows how important those artistic finishing touches are in making all our chocolates special.


Specialities: Fresh Cream Ganache, Figurines, Chocolate moulding, filling and dipping, New Chocolates - including Tequilla Slammer.


Favourite Chocolates - Almond/Hazlenut Topaze, Fresh cream Tequilla Slammer Truffle, Dark Coffee Cream Fan.
